He was incredibly responsive with an incredible attention to detail. I had previously used several agents, but my experience with Matt was second-to-none.

Tl;dr Have Matt help you buy a home. Matt really came in the clutch for me quite a few times throughout the home buying process. Day or night he answered my oddly specific questions and made the process much smoother than it could have been otherwise. He gave open and candid feedback throughout the whole process, ranging from tempering my expectations about what I wanted vs what I could afford and putting in a realistic offer to ultimately get what I wanted. It's rare for someone to give you their actual honest opinion when you ask for it but by doing so it made me feel better, knowing he was truly listening to me. Speaking of getting what I wanted, I will say Matt is a pretty tough negotiator. We were able to work some additional renovations into the final asking price and I fully credit Matt for making it happen. When I finally got the keys to the castle I walked into a place that was even better than when I first visited. Since the sale, Matt has continued to be a vital source of knowledge for me, answering questions and giving recommendations to this day. My original realtor was sick the day I first started looking for a home and Matt stepped in by chance; this was the best thing that could have happened. If you are looking for a home I could not recommend Matt more.

Matt was awesome to work with! He was very knowledgeable of the Baltimore City area and had a wealth of knowledge of recently renovated homes, location, and "culture of the neighborhood." He used his prior experience to find my first home. Matt never rushed me in the process and was always open to booking last minute showings and work on my schedule. He was super responsive via text, email, and/or phone calls. He made himself available! Also, he has a team behind him that made the entire process really easy - from showings, to an offer, to titling/insurance, and finally at settlement. Matt is a phenomenal real estate agent who I would highly recommend! After the headache of going through some other unreliable realtors in the past, I was referred to Matt through a friend. He was very knowledgeable about the surrounding Howard County area and knew exactly what I was looking for in a rental.
